PolyLEVEL Foam Concrete Lifting And Concrete Leveling

In other words, PolyLevel takes the original concept of mud jacking and combines it with modern knowledge and technology. PolyLevel lifts and levels concrete slabs of sidewalks, stairs, driveways, patios, and more. It consists of a lightweight, waterproof, and stable material that lasts longer than typical slab jacking techniques without putting undo stress on your already weakened soil base.

PolyLevel not only results in a solution that looks better and lasts longer, it is less destructive to the applied surface. Mud jacking uses a heavier fill to level the surface and requires a larger quantity of injection holes along with larger sized injection holes.

PolyLevel is installed in a simple 4-step concrete lifting process that results in a safe, secure and level concrete slab. How is it done?

The technology to lift concrete is centuries old. It is the same technology that is used to raise your car on a hydraulic lift at the car repair garage .Holes are drilled through the tilted concrete, slabjackusually one to two inches in diameter. A mixture of mortar and water is then pumped into these holes
under pressure. This mixture has the consistency of a thick mortar. As it begins to flow beneath the slab, it exerts an equal pressure on every square inch of the concrete. Thus, if the pump produces just 50 to 100 pounds per square inch pressure (which isn’t much) it can easily raise the slab.

A quicker, more cost-effective choice

When compared to concrete replacement, the process of raising concrete with HMI’s polyurethane foam is inexpensive. It is also exponentially faster than replacing concrete. Repaired areas are ready within minutes to be utilized, as they were intended. Polyurethane’s ease of material process and clean-up are some distinct advantages over traditional mudjacking with grout.
